Globalvisioninst is seeking a Prevention Assistant to support Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention activities in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Job Summary

  • The Prevention Officer is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of GBV prevention activities through Peoples Corner operations, mobilizing community leaders and men & boy’s inclusion of religious/Faith leaders both at camp and host community.
  • Key deliverables include overseeing Peoples Corner operations, implementing GBV prevention approaches, ensuring activity implementation according to DIP and budget, and supporting the response program to achieve organizational objectives.
  • The role requires establishing and liaising closely with other partners, agencies, and local leaders regarding project activities to ensure a coordinated approach to project implementation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social science/Social welfare/Psychology/Anthropology/Law/Gender studies

  • Good command in English & Bengali
