Must-have

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required
  • U.S. citizenship mandatory for clearance eligibility
  • 10+ years experience in systems engineering and test
  • Experience leading teams of varying expertise levels
  • Systems software and hardware integration knowledge
  • Onsite work requirement at Tewksbury, MA location

Nice-to-have

  • Earned Value Management certification preferred
  • Familiarity with LTAMDS/GhostEye system architecture
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Quality and Reliability
  • Experience with First Article Inspections (FAI)
  • Ability to coordinate Technical Interchange Meetings

Key Requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required prior to start date
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant STEM experience
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Experience leading engineers with varying expertise levels
