Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
Licensure, or licensure-eligibility, to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio
PGY-1 or 3 years of hospital pharmacist practice experience
2 years of hospital pharmacy practice experience (for previous Nationwide Children’s pharmacy interns)
