Job Summary
This position serves as a project inspector on roadway and structure projects supporting higher level technicians and engineers in the administration of construction contracts and/or District Office duties.
Your duties will include but are not limited to observing and documenting the contractor’s operations, making measurements and calculations of pay quantities, and performing standardized material sampling and testing.
The selected employee will be expected to work outside in varying temperature and weather conditions and will be expected to perform moderate physical activity such as standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and be able to lift 50 pounds.
