Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area and report any problems with department equipment.
