Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Civil Construction
Holds relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
NZ Citizen or NZ Resident
Full class 1 driver’s licence
Proven client building relationship and management experience
Strong financial management acumen
Solid experience with job pricing
Familiar with NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act, NEC Contracts
