Job Summary

  • Execute warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods in the customer returns area, working with teammates to follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in the warehouse in an effort to achieve key metrics.
  • Maintain complete and accurate data in the ERP system (SAP) and customer facing system (Salesforce), and evaluate and determine functionality of products returned, accepting/rejecting based on technical specifications, quality standards, and overall condition of the return.
