Job Summary

The Case Supervision role will support strategic coordination with state, governmental, and non-governmental institutions for case management, including creating and strengthening inter-institutional alliances.
This position requires supervising a team of case managers to ensure correct program implementation and providing continuous training on case management topics.

Key Requirements
3 years of experience in child protection or GBV case supervision
3 years of experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
Experience with vulnerable populations, displacement, migration, GBV, child protection
Knowledge of human rights, gender equality
Knowledge of national and international legal frameworks
Experience coordinating with national and international organizations
Proficiency in computer software, Excel, virtual communication tools
