Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an automotive paint shop
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven wide experience of paint shop layouts, conveyor systems, robots, and spraying equipment
  • ECOAT systems with full understanding to process controls and operating parameters
  • Understanding of coating chemistry, paint material types, and application techniques
