Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in an automotive paint shop
At least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven wide experience of paint shop layouts, conveyor systems, robots, and spraying equipment
ECOAT systems with full understanding to process controls and operating parameters
Understanding of coating chemistry, paint material types, and application techniques
