  • Handle all inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction, receiving inbound calls on new and used vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the customer.
  • Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests, gathering and tracking all guest data as directed and accurately entering dealership CRM database.
