As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of production by supervising workshop activities and coordinating teams.
You will be responsible for managing the Internal Organization Plan (POI) and acting as the Internal Operations Manager (DOI) in case of serious incidents.
The role requires at least 5 years of experience in team management in chemical processes, ideally on a high-threshold SEVESO site.
