The Institutional Client Service Associate partners closely with Client Service Advisors and various firm resources to execute day-to-day client servicing, internal coordination, and team projects.
Responsibilities include managing client reports, coordinating meetings, processing cash flows, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with new account onboarding and Investment Management Agreements.
Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary
Base: $90,000-$120,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus; Benefits: paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance

Key Requirements
3-5 years of institutional client service experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred
Series 7, 63/65 (or 66) and 31 required or to be obtained within 3–6 months
