The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures to govern the nursing service department and assist in planning resident discharge plans.
This role requires ensuring that all nursing personnel comply with job descriptions and procedures while providing direct nursing care including IV starts, specimen collection, and vital sign monitoring.
