Job Summary

  • The Speech and Language Pathologist has specific responsibility for providing speech and language assessments and evaluations for children who have more complex diagnoses.
  • The Speech and Language Pathologist will also be responsible for providing speech-language intervention to enrolled children, instructing parents and other caregivers in communication-related activities to attain desired outcomes and providing consultation and technical assistance to other staff and community paraprofessionals, professionals and agencies.
  • The Speech and Language Pathologist also participates in activities to support FIPP’s mission of providing a broad range of family-centered resources, engaging in research studies, and providing professional development and resources to the early intervention community at large.
