Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking a Head Diving Coach to assist with the recruitment and development of student-athletes, as well as support operational and administrative tasks related to the diving program. Candidates should have at least two years of Division 1 coaching experience and a Bachelor's degree

Job Summary

  • The Head Coach for diving will assist with all aspects of the recruiting process; help mentor student-athletes to foster athletic, academic, emotional, and social growth.
  • Assists in gathering, preparing and presenting scouting materials; assists with film exchange; assists in practice planning and skill development; assists with team travel.
  • Ensures availability for media requests; adheres to all University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations while promoting the core values and strategic goals of intercollegiate athletics.
