  • This role owns the end‑to‑end system of seller capability development, ensuring BD’s sales strategy is translated into durable skills and measurable commercial impact across thousands of sellers worldwide.
  • The Director designs the capability ecosystem, setting enterprise standards, governance, measurement, and quality controls that ensure learning drives behavior change, customer value, and revenue performance.
