Job Summary

• CHASSE seeks a Dean who will empower the college’s 10 departments and schools, strengthen their achievements, and provide transformative leadership for innovative, future-facing degrees and curricula.
• The Dean will work cooperatively with the faculty, department chairs, other deans, the Provost, and the Chancellor to develop and implement the college’s and university’s plans and other institutional goals.
• Advance excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, both in-person and online; Promote an environment and obtain resources to foster an increase in research and scholarship appropriate to the University's Carnegie designation.
