Job Summary

• The role supports fund level decision making through detailed cash flow analysis, forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance analytics for closed ended real estate funds and related investment structures.
• Working closely with Portfolio Management, Asset Management, and senior finance colleagues, the Senior Accountant will translate complex financial data into clear, decision useful outputs while remaining hands on and execution focused.
• This position is well suited to a qualified accountant who enjoys working with models, forecasts, and data interpretation, and who wants to deepen commercial and analytical capability within a fund finance environment.
