Base: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Oregon Health Plan Incentive available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO

Must-have
Oversee daily schedule and maximize efficiencies
Collect and document dental service payments
Balance daily payment ledger and reconcile accounts
Verify insurance information and update patient cards
Maintain HIPAA compliance for protected health information
Adhere to PPE policies including N95 respirators
Nice-to-have
Two years customer service experience preferred
Medical or dental clinic background desirable
Strong knowledge of HIPAA procedures
Ability to build rapport with patients
Flexibility to travel to other locations
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum two years customer service experience preferred
