Base: Step 0- $41,558 to Step 6- $54,078 annually; Bonus/Equity: Shift premium of 10% for 2nd or 3rd shift; Benefits: Paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, retirement, health insurance

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
Two years experience with juvenile/family client population
