Job Summary
Play an integral role in the department’s activities with a high level of responsibility as a member of an industry focused team.
Responsibilities include formulating new business proposals, developing company forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios, and preparing documents related to the public issuance of stock.
Associates are expected to work on all aspects of the transaction process and to mentor and manage Analysts.
