This role manages a team to provide direct operational support across the end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding, campaign coordination, and offboarding.
The incumbent owns the end-to-end operational data model ensuring accurate feeding of Philippines data into global dashboards while acting as the primary point of coordination between local leadership and the global network.
Key responsibilities include driving integrated operational planning across CXM, Media, and Creative lines to reduce silos and leading AI-enabled productivity initiatives.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years in delivery operations or PMO
Hands-on Power BI dashboard creation
Advanced Excel with Power Query and modeling
MS 365 ecosystem proficiency including SharePoint
AI and automation mindset for process improvement
Nice-to-have
BPO or GCC operations experience
Professional services and consultancy background
Built operational frameworks from scratch
Multi-market audit and compliance exposure
Experience coordinating across time zones
Key Requirements
