Job Summary

  • This role manages a team to provide direct operational support across the end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding, campaign coordination, and offboarding.
  • The incumbent owns the end-to-end operational data model ensuring accurate feeding of Philippines data into global dashboards while acting as the primary point of coordination between local leadership and the global network.
  • Key responsibilities include driving integrated operational planning across CXM, Media, and Creative lines to reduce silos and leading AI-enabled productivity initiatives.

Must-have

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in delivery operations, PMO, or service delivery management
