Kia Motors is seeking a Regional Parts/Service Manager to lead regional initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, parts sales, warranty cost control, and service owner retention. The ideal candidate will have substantial automotive experience and strong leadership skills to motivate and develop teams while contributing to achieving organizational objectives

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to enthusiastically lead the region’s efforts toward attainment of regional objectives for Customer Satisfaction, Parts & Accessory sales, Warranty cost control, Service owner retention, parts inventory management, training, and other activities which support the sale of Kia products.

  • 6 to 8 years automotive experience
  • Wholesale and retail experience desirable
