Job Summary
Serve as the focal point for customer interaction and support for all local IT issues, including mobile services, wireless, conference rooms, teleconferencing, and physical connectivity.
Maintain and resolve all open incidents/tasks in the ticket queue in a timely manner, according to established SLAs.
Provide on-site support for other IT teams and participate in any improvement projects for support.
