Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Digital logic design and computer architecture knowledge
  • Familiarity with scan chains, ATPG, and fault models
  • Exposure to Verilog or VHDL HDL languages
  • Fundamental knowledge of ASIC or SoC design flow

Nice-to-have

  • Academic or internship experience in semiconductor testing
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Tcl, or Shell
  • Understanding of manufacturing test flows and yield analysis
  • Exposure to low-power or high-speed design considerations
