JLL is seeking a MEP CAD Engineer to provide design, drafting, and database management support at their Yorktown Heights location. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CAD software, especially AutoCAD, as well as a strong understanding of building systems and trades

Skills & Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of MEP building systems
  • Database administration for facility data management
  • Production of mechanical electrical plumbing drawings
  • Experience with clean room layout specifications

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Revit SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with IWMS platforms like Archibus
  • Ability to translate technical info for tradespeople
  • Experience supporting large US portfolio environments

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree in CAD Technology Architecture Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience producing AutoCAD drawings
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
