The Singapore LNG Corporation is seeking an Electrical & Instrument Supervisor for a one-year contract, extendable, to oversee site activities related to electrical and instrumentation construction in LNG projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical proficiency, and safety management skills to ensure quality and timely execution of construction tasks

Job Summary

  • The incumbent is responsible to oversee, coordinate and inspect daily site activities for the Electrical and Instrument/Controls discipline construction in SLNG CAPEX projects.
  • The E&I Supervisor shall also have Safety & Learner mindset, upholding safety values and overcoming challenges/roadblocks pertaining to construction.
  • Manage the installation and integration of DCS, PLC and Safety Instrument system including Fire & Gas Detectors and coordinate testing as per ITP and Pre-Com Service Tests, enabling smooth and flawless start-up/operations.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Related Engineering
  • 8-10 years experience in Oil and Gas including LNG
  • At least 5 years brownfield and greenfield construction supervision
  • Relevant certifications (AWSHPP/OPSIC, Confined Space, Working at Height, LEW)
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs and electrical drawings
  • English and Chinese communication skills
