Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or external relations
  • 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role supervising marketing or communications teams
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing planning and campaign execution
  • Experience managing budgets, allocating resources and aligning investments to strategic priorities
  • Experience using data and market research to inform strategy, measure performance and drive continuous improvement
