  • Prepare corporate valuation and restructuring analysis for stressed and distressed assets and situations, including the determination of write-off, reserve and risk of loss amounts that directly impact the P&L of the firm.
  • Assess liquidity, debt capacity and other areas of financial and operating performance to evaluate areas of weakness and potential for turnaround, which is measured by setting and monitoring appropriate classification triggers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics or related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in finance occupation
  • Five (5) years analyzing financial statements and business plans
  • Five (5) years supporting corporate and debt structuring
  • Five (5) years assessing risk profiles of credit products
  • Five (5) years utilizing credit analysis and corporate financial modeling
  • Five (5) years handling risk assessment and quantitative analysis
  • Five (5) years utilizing financial modeling with intermediate Excel knowledge
