Candidates must be willing to travel 25–40% to remote sites and possess the physical ability to pass wind turbine climb and rescue training while wearing fall-protection harnesses.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
8–10 years progressive experience in energy quality management
Must hold or be eligible for a U.S. Passport
Ability to safely wear standard fall-protection harness up to 265lbs
