Track the entire process of customer transactions, including negotiation, contract signing, delivery coordination, and payment collection, to ensure smooth transaction processes and timely response to and resolution of customer issues in product use and after-sales services.
Closely monitor changes in hygiene cleaning needs in the hotel industry within the jurisdiction, competitor dynamics, regularly provide market information feedback, and assist the team in optimizing sales strategies.
