Job Summary

• The Project Director serves as the Single Point of Contact for the FCDO Europe region, with overall accountability for project delivery across 23 countries, account P&L management, and all KPI/CPI performance metrics.
• Key responsibilities include leading project delivery under the principal contracting model, managing all FCDO stakeholders, and overseeing regional P&L including purchase order creation, tracking, and contract administration.
• The role requires managing and mentoring the regional programme management team, building effective relationships with operations directors and facilities managers, and coordinating with in-country PDS and Tetris entities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Minimum 10+ years in project management
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-country programs across Europe
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for accounts with minimum value of £10M+
• Experience working with government or public sector clients
• Right to work in the UK/EU as required
