Service Stream is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator for a 12-month contract based in Hope Valley, SA. The role involves coordinating and dispatching work to operational staff while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining data integrity

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the scheduling, coordination, and dispatch of work to operational staff based on customer requirements, priorities, and availability of both internal and external resources.
  • This position is part of a 24/7 operations team working a structured rotating roster of 9 hour shifts across days, afternoons and nights, averaging 300 hours over an 8-week cycle.
  • The roster provides regular blocks of days off, considers employee leave requests, and includes generous shift and weekend penalty rates.
