Provide proactive and actionable legal guidance on various matters including corporate, transactional, sourcing, litigation, corporate governance, compliance, labor and employment, and regulatory issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex procurement and project delivery agreements across all procurement types, including P3 structures and concession agreements.
Support S&B USA’s claims management processes, including dispute resolution preparation and strategy, and advise on potential claims.
