Job Summary

• The Chief of Staff is chartered with ensuring the seamless planning and program management of initiatives for the Global VP, Sales Strategy and Excellence, inclusive of operational cadence, strategic planning, business operations and execution.
• This role exists primarily to facilitate the transformational and operational initiatives of the Sales Strategy and Excellence Organization, enabling the Global VP and Leadership Team to operate at a higher level of performance.
• The role should deliver executive effectiveness, strategic program leadership, and operational cadence across the strategy & excellence ecosystem, reporting to the Global VP, Sales Strategy and Excellence.
