This role drives the business and digital transformation of PowerNow by defining and implementing innovative digital solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
You will interface with diverse business stakeholders across Gas Power, Onshore Wind, and Steam functions to map workflows and transition them to Customer Service Management and Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
