Job Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst – Compensation & Payroll is responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Workday Compensation and Payroll modules, including Advanced Compensation.
This role serves as a functional subject matter expert supporting all compensation and payroll cyclical events and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable solutions aligned with business and Total Rewards strategies.
