Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
The role includes administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and equipment and supply oversight.
The position requires participation in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and continuing education to ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
