Job Summary

  • Champion exceptional client experiences acting as the voice of the customer by communicating a clear vision to the scrum team of client insights and stakeholder feedback to inform the user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Own and prioritise the backlog of work for the team (what the team works on) which could include client delivery, maintenance, defects, incidents, and continuous improvement using the relevant frameworks and guidelines.
