  • The Service Admin Technician provides technical and administrative support for repairs, service requests, pricing, and vendor compliance, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Key responsibilities include responding to customer service pricing requests within 24 hours, managing service and repair requests from customer portals, and processing invoices and goods receipts in SAP and Coupa.
