Job Summary
The Cardiology Technician works under the direction of the Non-Invasive Diagnostics Supervisor and the Service Line Administrator for The Heart Center.
This position performs diagnostic testing procedures provided by the Non-Invasive Diagnostics Department; these testing procedures include (but are not limited to) EKG and Rhythm Strip, Holter and Zio Monitoring, and 30 Day Event Monitoring.
Assists with other clerical responsibilities such as billing and auditing; cleaning and disinfection of equipment; and answering the telephone.
