Job Summary
As a Forecasting Analyst within our People Team at ScottishPower, you will provide technical expertise to support Business Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting for personnel costs, ensuring accurate, robust and timely calculations.
Your focus will be on maintaining a detailed understanding of live headcount versus budget and forecast, providing clear and comprehensive insights that facilitate informed decision-making across the organisation and strengthening data controls and governance.

Key Requirements
