Primary responsibilities are to support Shell Energy's wholesale/retail trading/origination businesses and Shell Power related businesses through tracking and external advocacy on west retail regulations.
Develop and execute regulatory strategies, including managing Shell Energy’s participation in relevant proceedings.
Build relationships internally as well as externally - especially regulators, CPUC/CEC staff and competitors.
