Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Engineering or Business with 3+ years leadership
  • Associates degree with 5+ years leadership experience

  • U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts
  • Experience working with all levels of management
  • Experience in a union environment
  • Active security clearance or ability to gain one
