This role requires strict adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices, Medicare guidelines, and State Practice Acts while mentoring Directors of Rehabilitation on efficiency and operations.
The position involves extensive travel to facilities to support operations, monitor staffing ratios, and assist with survey excellence and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP required; Master's/Doctorate preferred
Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
Must obtain RAC-CT credential within one year of hire
Prior regional experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
Current CPR certification required
Maintain good standing with state board and complete continuing education requirements
