  • The position is primarily based at South Rehab but requires floating to other locations such as Tradition and Hobe Sound as needed.
  • Caregivers work in a family-oriented, supportive environment alongside passionate physicians and nurses to empower patients to take control of their treatment.

  • Neurorehabilitation training experience
  • Outpatient clinical experience
  • EPIC electronic health record experience

Key Requirements

  • Associate's Degree from accredited PTA school
  • Florida Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Internship experience required
