The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is seeking a Server to provide exceptional service to guests at events. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Job Summary

  • Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and provide personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
  • Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer, while supporting the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
  • Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium and maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
