Mericalherbs is seeking a Director of Global Market Access for Oncology (Hematology) who will oversee the market access strategies related to the launch and lifecycle management of hematology pipeline assets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in oncology, market access, pricing, and reimbursement, along with proven leadership in cross-functional teams

Job Summary

  • The Director, Market Access Oncology (Hematology) will be responsible for the launch and life cycle management for pipeline assets in Hematology.
  • The candidate will lead all Oncology global market access and pricing activities, including asset access strategy work, development of payer value proposition messages as well as payer value tools leading up to launch and after.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, including 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days.
