Job Summary

  • Under general supervision, manages, coordinates, supervises, and directs personnel, subcontractors, and the daily activities involved in the successful execution of events and maintenance of the facility.
  • Oversee all aspects of operations including event coordination and services, rigging, housekeeping, event staffing, set-ups and changeovers, crowd and risk management, fire and life safety and ADA compliance.
  • Acts as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients’ requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to.

Key Requirements
