The role leads a safety culture focused on zero workplace injuries and ensures compliance with all health, safety, environmental, ISO, and corporate policies and regulations.
The position is accountable for people strategy, talent development, continuous improvement, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver operational and strategic initiatives.
